Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:

To consider the Blackpool Health and Wellbeing Board's Communication and Involvement Plan.

| 4. | QUALITY CARE UPDATE PRESENTATION
To receive a verbal presentation updating the Board on issues related to the Council’s response to the Winterbourne View concordat.

| 5. | STRATEGIC COMMISSIONING GROUP UPDATE
To receive a verbal presentation updating the Board on issues related to the Strategic Commissioning Group Update.

| 6. | THE CHILDREN’S STRATEGIC NEEDS ASSESSMENT
To consider the Children's Strategic Needs Assessment document

| 7. | CHILDREN AND FAMILIES BILL- SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
To consider a report on the implications of the new Children and Families Bill.

| 8. | DISABLED CHILDREN’S CHARTER
To consider the recommendation of the Council for Disabled Children to sign up to the Disabled Children’s Charter and to consider whether the Children and Families Bill work (where relevant such as in regards to the Local Offer) should also include disability
|
| 9. | INTERVENTION IN THE PRIVATE RENTAL MARKET
To consider the attached report on proposed intervention in the Housing Market following the presentation to the Shadow Board meeting on the 27th February 2013.

| 10. | COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK
To receive a presentation on the Community Health Network |
| 11. | MEASLES OUTBREAK AND THE NATIONAL MMR CATCH UP PROGRAMME
To receive an update report on the recent Measles outbreak and the National MMR Catch Up Programme.
